REUSE OF WEB CONTENT
The content of the RAES website is protected by copyright. To ensure the wide dissemination of its information, the RAES has undertaken to make this content freely available to interested parties and encourages the use, reproduction and dissemination of the texts, multimedia products and data presented. The use of publications and documents available in the RAES repository is governed by an open access policy.
The databases are covered by the Open Data License Policy. All other content on the RAES website (unless otherwise indicated) may be copied, printed and downloaded for private study, research and teaching purposes, and for use in non-commercial products or services, provided that it is adequately acknowledges the RAES as the source and owner of the copyright and that it is not indicated or implied in any way that the RAES approves the points of view, products or services of the users. The RAES promotes the unrestricted use of the press releases published on its website and no formal authorization is required to reproduce
said material.

REUSE OF PHOTOGRAPHS
The conditions for the reuse of photographs on the RAES website are the same as those for other content, with the exception that the photographs must not be modified without prior authorization.
Authorization must be requested for any commercial use, advertising, marketing, storage or distribution of photographs of the RAES by third parties. The RAES reserves the right to deny the distribution or authorization to reproduce photographic material of its property if the use for which it is intended is considered inappropriate. The photographs of the RAES must have the corresponding credits each time they are published. The recommended form of presentation for photographs is RAES/[nombre del fotógrafo] .
USE OF THE VISUAL IDENTITY OF THE RAES
When authorization is granted to use the visual identity of the RAES, the instructions for its placement and display, including the corresponding disclaimers, must be strictly observed. The use and reproduction of content that includes the RAES emblem must not be associated with advertising or the names of products protected by copyright, and will not imply in any way the approval by the Organization of products and services. The RAES reserves the right to request the immediate removal of its emblem from unauthorized websites or products.

DISCUSSION FORUMS AND INSTRUMENTS FOR FORMING COMMENTS
The RAES website contains discussion forums and feedback tools. By participating, users must refrain from defaming, abusing, harassing, threatening or otherwise violating the rights of others;
Post, post, distribute, or disseminate libelous, copyright-infringing, obscene, indecent, or illegal material;
Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by copyright laws, unless you own or control the rights thereto and have received all necessary clearances;
Upload, email, transmit or otherwise make available unsolicited advertising for goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, spam or chain letters, among others. Users specifically acknowledge that RAES is not responsible for the conduct of other users. Users who repeatedly post material that falls into the above categories will be removed from the discussion forums and/or banned from participating in them and using the commenting tools.
SECURITY
To guarantee the security of the site and ensure that this service continues to be available to all users, the RAES uses computer programs to closely monitor network traffic in order to detect unauthorized attempts to upload or alter information or any other activity that can cause damage.
Except for authorized research and to maintain required records of correspondence, no attempt will be made to identify users or their usage habits. Raw data records are used to determine the number of users and sometimes the general domains from which the RAES website is accessed. The RAES also collects, through cookies, anonymous information about the browsing habits of users when they visit the website. By using the RAES website, users accept that RAES install cookies on their computers, mobile phones or portable devices.
All information provided to the RAES by users will be kept with the greatest possible care and security, and will only be used in accordance with the provisions of the RAES privacy protection policy or other policies of each site, with the consent express user.

Data other than the contact, personal or registration data provided by you through the application of the RAES. This includes the data sent by you through forms and / or performing certain actions within a request from the RAES. These data are public and could be made available to other users.

means any information related to a person who is or can be identified from the data, or from the data together with other information that is in the possession of the RAES and/or its authorized suppliers or subcontractors, or that is likely to come into possession of her. Registration data may include personal data.
RAES database
A database managed by the RAES or an authorized provider or subcontractor to store and process the data in the database.
Application of the RAES
A mobile application (App) is software specially designed to run on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Third parties):
means any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body other than the user, the RAES and/or the authorized suppliers and subcontractors of the RAES, which may access and process data from a RAES database.
