Participating in the course School feeding as an educational strategy for a healthy life
was an incredible experience that allowed us to strengthen our professional capacities
in the areas of nutrition and education.
From the Healthy Living course, I am preparing a document that will contain
terms on sustainable food, food safety, pedagogical gardens, food waste,
among other concepts. All this in order to deliver this knowledge to our users
and that they can implement in their daily lives.
The course represented an excellent opportunity to understand more about food and
nutrition education. We were able to enrich our knowledge and share
experiences with participants from other countries through the forums. It will help us to continue
strengthening our work in the educational community.
