The Global Alliance Against Hunger and Poverty invites its members and partners to contribute to the Policy Basket, an important resource within its Knowledge Pillar that brings together rigorously evaluated policy instruments and programmes, as well as country experiences that can be adapted and replicated in different contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Policy Basket aims to support countries in the design and implementation of policies and programmes to combat hunger and poverty by facilitating the exchange of practical experiences, evidence and lessons learned from around the world. At the same time, it provides an opportunity to give greater visibility to successful initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Alliance is currently making a special call for its members to submit new Country Examples that have demonstrated successful results and offer valuable lessons for adaptation and scaling up, linked to one of the policy instruments included in the Policy Basket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All Alliance members, including Member States and other participating organisations, may propose new Country Examples. Proposals that are not submitted directly by the relevant Member State will be shared with the Alliance focal point of that Member State for approval, on a non-objection basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To support new contributions, the Alliance has made available the Country Example Template, which should be used to submit new experiences, as well as the Policy Basket Guidelines, which outline the inclusion criteria and provide guidance on how to complete the submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is an opportunity to give visibility to successful experiences, policies and initiatives, share knowledge and contribute to the exchange of solutions that can strengthen global and regional efforts to advance towards the eradication of hunger and poverty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
